Job Description： 1. Responsible for the reliability and validity of student development in full-English immersion, ages 2 – 6. 2. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. 3. Implements classroom activities, structure and routine aligned with PKU College’s curriculum with autonomy. 4. Positively collaborate with the school’s administrative and academic department, teaching staff, Chinese teaching assistants (3-4), and support staff. 5. Provide feedback to young learners and parents regularly. 6. Attend on-the-job training programs when needed. 7. Responsible for assisting in organizing and taking part in promotional events for the school. Job Requirements: 1. Native English Speaker. Native and valid passport from: U.S.A, U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. 2. Hold a Bachelor’s or above degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education. 3. Primary, secondary or early childhood teaching certification from a government agency preferred. Early childhood teaching certification strongly preferred. 4. Have a deep understanding of child development. 5. Positive and creative approach to teaching. 6. Excellent classroom and behavior management skills, excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents. 7. Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language teaching certification. 8. Previous full-time teaching experience (student teaching is relevant). Previous full-time teaching experience at the early years or kindergarten level (student teaching is relevant) preferred. 9. 岗位职责： 1、在总部的标准运营和教学体系内，负责培训全国各园所的园长和骨干教师。 2、进行幼儿园的运营督导，发现并指导解决问题。 3、在全国园长培训，骨干教师培训中担任培训讲师。 4、不断完善幼儿园标准化管理体系，并结合实际经验进行补充和完善，建立管理案例集。 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，学前、幼教相关专业。 2、10年以上幼儿教育相关工作经验，至少5年以上大型或知名幼儿园园长经验；由一线教师成长为园长者优先。 3、对幼儿园的全面运营管理有较丰富的经验和很好的总结提炼能力，有较扎实的教学教研功底，有幼儿园培训、督导经验。 4、较强的语言表达能力，文字功底好，沟通、协调能力强，有一定的决断力和解决问题的能力。 5、责任心强，认真、细致，可出差，有很好的承压能力和学习能力。
